PLEASE make sure you have correctly inputted your address. If your input your address incorrectly and your order has not shipped, we can alter your order. Unfortunately, if you wait until after your order has shipped, we cannot cancel orders in transit.

We firmly believe in the durability and quality of our hammock. So much so, that if your hammock becomes damaged/unusable, simply snap a pic and send it to support@primek9.com with your order number and we will send a replacement FREE of charge.
If you want to refund/return your hammock because you’re dissatisfied, you have 30-days after receiving your order to do so. Again, just contact us at support@primek9.com.
